You don't seem to offer any loyalty scheme to customers or promote your special offers directly to customers. Most of my orders are for over £150 in value and I would really appreciate a free delivery offer on orders of this sort of value. Your products appear to all have their own individual delivery charges but you don't give discounts for a large overall order.

I sent an email asking why I had to pay for postage on a large mixed order. Had I ordered less (Cost) of just one type of food I wouldn't have paid delivery. I had no response. Otherwise customer service is fine and I will probably order food again soon.

E-mails sent to confirm purchase and the time of delivery were very helpful indeed, especially the latter, which provided really useful (and precise) details of the expected time. Companies often offer a long period of time in which a product may be delivered, but Wild Bird Direct's was very short, enabling me to plan my day more effectively.

Friendly and reliable. Always received good service. My husband collects my order on his way home from work; it's always ready and waiting exactly as promised. Good product knowledge; recently advised to try a new blend of food suitable for squirrels and chipmunks. Can't vouch for the chipmunks by its gone down a storm with the squirrels; five appeared on the first morning I used it !!!
