The first 3 deliveries were not very successful, with me chasing after them waving madly. You can't rely on satnav in rural areas, so they need to call if they get lost & not just give up. The emailing notification system would be great if only they had a contact number for when things go wrong. Luckily I think they now know where we are - so hopefully things will go more smoothly.

I was very worried about the delivery time as I thought it would interfere with my hospital appointment.
