I am able to fill my feeders with the feed as well as put it in trays, thus eliminating the need for special feeder food. I cannot believe how many birds it has attracted to my garden. 20 doves (never seen that many in one go before) ravens (they have never visited the garden before), pigeons and magpies (would rather not see these), as well as the usual sparrows, blackbirds etc. I have noticed there are rarely blue tits or chaffinches but maybe this is just the time of year.
The fruit chunks are too big for the smaller birds and they all seem to leave the flakes - they throw them out of the piles actually - will go back to the other seed (woodland crumble) mix next order
