High Energy Supreme Wild Bird Food contains a high energy supreme mix ideal for the colder months when more energy is required. The food contains a high percentage of sunflower seeds to attract a broad range of birds to your garden such as siskins, finches, larks, tits, bantings and dunnocks and is ideal for seed feeders or table feeding.

I've only had a few birds feeding on this, but it's early days and they're getting used to the new feeder that i'm using.
The bag had burst open at the bottom allowing it to leak into the cardboard box - they need to be sealed better. The food seems OK.

Looks good (haven't tasted it though!) but the birds love it - they are waiting every morning for me to put some out. Especially the collared doves and the starlings. Even Magpies seem to be pecking at it.
