Pigeon

Pigeon Pigeons and doves are stout birds with a short neck and slender bills. They are widely distributed across the world and have adapted themselves to most habitats including our major cities.

Pigeons and doves feed mainly on seeds or fruit. The grain eating types generally feed from the ground and Feral pigeons can often been seen eating grass seeds and berries in parks and gardens. They aren't fussy eaters and will happily eat stale bread and discarded fast food.
